Ma-Lai accidetally found out that his dog, Guai-Guai which died in an accident started coming back home for dinner, and then disappear. Day after day, Ma-Lai started to suspect that there is something mysterious at home that brings the dead alive. Therefore, Ma-Lai is trying to use this magical power to bring his ill mother home after she dies from cancer. However, the government's 'Roads Broaden Project' was coming into force anytime, and Ma-Lai's home is exactly one of the old buildings the government was planning to pull down. All Ma-Lai wanted was only the reunion of the family members, yaya (mother), Guai-Guai, and himself one day.
