Mel Carreon is a one-of-a-kind politician. He ran many times for councilor and even mayor of Iloilo City but never won. To many he is a nuisance candidate who may be out of his mind. To others he may be useful to public service. In this short docu, Carreon is given a voice wherein we are invited for the very first time to his house as we try to make sense of what is inside his mind.
