In a world where dance, as the sole medium of communication, has been banned, a teenage girl endeavors to keep dance alive by reminiscing memories of dance through film, with her Lola's support. Together, they hide away from lifeless goons roaming the streets, sent out by the government, who capture anyone breaking the rules of this world.
