Tong Heng

In the heart Chinatown lies a pastry shop, renown for its egg tarts, Tong Heng. Since its humble beginnings, the store has seen been passed down through three generation of familial owners and now lies in the hands of two ladies, known affectionately as Aunty Rebecca and Aunty Constance. This documentary explores the relationship between family and the business, and how they celebrate Chinese New Year while busy making Chinese New Year pastries at Tong Heng.
