Frank, a trained soldier, learns of a grisly assault against his sister Daisy. He hunts down her assaulters to a KTV and doles out his brand of justice, but is arrested before getting to the last man. In the police station, Nadiah, the detective in-charge of Daisy’s case, stands between him and his last shot at justice.
