This documentary talks about the process of KBN’s women workers struggle against sexual harassment at workplace. In the opening, an ex-women labor of KBN told her story about sexual harassment at her factory. 

Women Workers Committee collect data on sexual harassment cases which came up in neighborhood discussion. Based on these data, the committee demand to KBN’s management to install billboard “Free Area from Sexual Harassment” and developing women workers help desk. 

To get support on their demands, the committee also have negotiation with government.
