It all started with a phone call. Kit, thinking that it's a creditor looking for his father, Wai, pretends that there is no such person. Wai comes home, and they come to blows. Kit leaves.

Many years later, they meet again— Kit now with a wife, and Wai who is a taxi driver. With their new lives and years of estrangement between them, it is too little too late.
