A Street Hotdog Chef is making hot dogs for customers until a loud noise came from an auto shop, a racing car was modified and ready to go. The racing car accidently scratches the Hotdog Stand and upsets the Chef, so he decided to modified his Hotdog Stand into a Race Kart in the auto shop nearby. The Chef challenges the Racer for a race, and them both started in a junction. The Race was really terrible, they crashes into a lot of thing in the roads, the vehcles then crashes into a construction sites and hurts the Racer and the Chef. But they haven't given up yet, so they continued their race with a construction vehicles while the police are already catching up. The race ended with the Chef lifting up the Racer's dump truck with a loader and they both got caught by the police.
