The documentary is about a dying form of martial arts called SingaFist which was created at the height of Singapore’s era of cultural aspirations. The film covers the history, the gradual decline, the current stage and the future aspirations, including interviews with SingaFist’s de facto successor. The film is a commemoration of the art, and recognition of its achievements and almost forgotten milestone in Singapore’s history.
