“Sher Wong Hip” was a traditional snake cuisine shop in Sham Shui Po. This shop witnesses the changes of snake-eating culture in Hong Kong. Ever since its opening in 1965, the shop has been accompanying the community as well as Hong Kong people. The determination, sincerity and willingness to accept challenges of the proprietress Ms. Chau even represent the unique Hong Kong Spirit.
