The struggles about the teaching staff in Tabalong Regency can be photographed in real. One of them is Deni Ranoptri, who is a teacher at SDN 1 Nawin Hilir. Even though he lives in remote villages, Deni has the principle of always having education following global changes, one of which is technological advances. Deni always trying to use ICT as a medium to help teachers develop learning modules. However, there are still some senior teachers which until now has not been able to adapt to the education system digital based. Even though a teacher is required to be able to master ICT in order can run the educational curriculum that has been implemented by the government. In amid this perceived dilemma, senior teachers must be able to adapt with advances in technology to improve the quality of learning within class.
