Old Treasure

Old Treasure is a film on Sungai Lembing, a town in Malaysia once known for having the longest and deepest tin mines in the world. But as the tin industry collapsed, only remnants of a rich mining history remain. This was the last video documentation of Sungai Lembing before the fire tragedy that devastated the village's heritage museum.

This film was produced as part of a documentary module, On-Location Production, where students had to find and film a story in Kuantan, Malaysia within 3 days.
