This film documents two families from Lize and Riou Village, located at the Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. The Minyak people are secluded from the outside world, hence the title "Naturally Minyak". They have no desire for riches nor are they corrupted from the world.

I spent about a week living up in the mountains in the middle of nowhere wanting to find something extraordinary about an 'undiscovered' culture, but it turns out that the simplicity in the lives of the people I met made them unique.
