During 1930s, Indochina Vietnam is a French colony. A Freedom Revolution leader is regularly meeting up with his comrades at a place called LAC, which is also a guesthouse in Tonkin (now Hanoi, Vietnam). At this place, he encounters with a beautiful aristocratic woman and the pairs start to develop a feeling for each others even though they are aware of an uncertain future.
