Director Statement:
When I was the Films/Multimedia Producer for NDP 2014 and 2015, I witnessed that it did not rain on the actual day. Sometimes, it rained during rehearsals but on August 9th, it would be sunny, or nice and cloudy. As always, I am amazed at the sheer scale, machinery and manpower that makes the parade happen. This film is my funny love letter to the people who make the nation’s biggest live show happen in big and small ways.
