Hui means "cycle" in Chinese. He is now in the cycle. He keeps escaping for fear that all his treasure will be looted by demons in the hell. When having nothing at all, he is forced to be strong and thus ascends to the heaven, where he vigorously fights for what he has lost and regains the treasure. Successful as he is, he's too assuming to notice even a salient trap set behind him. He descends to the hell again. He may go back to the heaven, for now he is now in the cycle...
