The topic of mental health is a personal concept to each individual and a theme that has always deserved a global platform.

I am truly honoured to have the opportunity to create this documentary and play my part in the fight against destigmatising mental illness.

It is with immense hope that this production will encourage individuals to stay brave and overcome their difficulties related to their mental well-being.
