The documentary follows an elderly lady, Er Sao, who has been residing in Chinatown for 4 decades. The location ofChinatown seems to be the heart for her family as 4 generations of her family lives around her home. Through a single window from her 3-rooms flat, Er Sao is able to see the flats where her family is staying. That window represents her hope, happiness and family.

Chinatown seems to make up her life. As Er Sao is the soul of the story, Chinatown is the heart.
