As Christmas approaches, Helen (or Er Jie) receives a card from her younger sister Julie. That led to a long-awaited reconciliation between four siblings. Er Jie however finds out that she is terminally ill, and she needs to decide how she wants to spend the remaining time. As she quickly deteriorates, will she be able to spend a final Christmas with the people she loves?
