Pedro is a 13-year-old boy who has as his only companion Valente, a dog that he found in the streets. Renato, his older brother, has just turned eighteen and seems to hide a great secret. By fault of Renato, Valente runs away from home and the brothers, that seem not to get along well together, join each other to look for the dog through the streets of their hometown on a discovery journey about themselves.
