In Thailand, all males turning 21 years old must participate in the military draft lottery. Drawing a black card grants exemption. Drawing a red card results in two years of military service. DRAFT DAY follows two women, who were born as men, as they participate in the drafting process.

在泰國,凡滿21歲的男性青年都必須參加軍隊入選抽籤。抽中黑色卡片代表免除兵役,而抽中紅色則代表必須入隊服長達兩年的兵役。《Draft Day》鏡頭隨著了之前曾是男兒身的女人,共同參與他們的抽籤儀式。
