This film showcases the story of a Singaporean son who is due to enlist for National Service (NS). The story begins a few days before the enlistment day, where the son is vexed due to his impending enlistment. As the film progresses, tension rise between son and mother as both family members have trouble expressing their emotions, as they find ways to deal with the reality of being apart from each other.
