A documentary about Adana Kebap.

The film examines Kebab’s history, and the culture built around creating and eating it. Interviewing masters in each part of the process—from the creation of tools, to the plating of the kebab—the film raises questions about the social standing of kebab and how daily life has changed since it was first created.
