Terence works as a postman. He writes letters to his ex-wife and their daughter, but they are always returned unread.

Terence has a cousin, Benji. Benji lives with his son, Marcus in a customized van which they call “The Hot Dog Bus”.When Benji is taken ill, Terence decides to look after both of them.Terence acts like a surrogate father to Marcus and doing so, his loneliness is abated. After Benji recovered from his illness and the three decide to drive off in the sunset with a hope for a better tomorrow.
