Sherry goes on a journey to find out more about Islam with reasons not made known to us. With the help of her Malay Muslim best friend, she watches various videos, attends lectures and participates in the Ramadan activities (charity drive, communal iftar etc.) We soon learn that this is not her choice and that she is just fulfilling her late husband’s wish. Even as she gradually embraces and appreciates the Ramadan activities that come with her journey, she is conflicted and filled with turmoil, leading us to question why her husband puts her on this path.
