Angie, a Filipino helper in her mid 30's, has been looking after a blind old lady. She occasionally reads out letters to the old lady, claiming that it is from her distant son who hasn't visited her for years. Angie then faces the dilemma of wanting to go back to her homeland which would result to having the old lady being left alone, thus, she goes on her way to find the old lady's son. This is Angie's journey on trying to mend broken bridges while she couldn't fix her own.
