A day in a life of a kind-hearted shop owner, Alan, carry out his routined-activities from setting up the shop to making trips to meet his customers for second-hand furniture deals and repairs, before bringing it back to his shop. This documentary will show how he deals with a difficult customer who wants to the old furnitures that she bought from him to send for repair, and tries to bargain for unreasonable rates with Alan.
