“Circle Monkey” are four young street dancers that have been called upon to perform at the Opening of Shenzhen’s Universiade. Each has different targets and ambitions. Team leader Peng simply wishes to bring more exposure to the group; Jian wishes to make a living as professional dancer; for Heng, his idea is to promote the cult of street dancing, and for Yuki, she only wants to give her best performance on stage yet. As the pressure of the Opening Ceremony is looming, the conflicting values of the quartet start pulling the team apart.
