In the months following the loss of their young son to leukaemia, a couple struggles to reassemble their broken lives and put the tragedy behind them. Tensions run high as they try and fail to settle back into past rhythms, and trapped within their own cycles of interiority and anguish, they eventually come to realise that the only route to closure is through each other.
