When neither superstition nor science works, Bilal will have to find a third force to overcome his miseries.

Bilal—a young student depressed by life’s little everyday hardships—embarks on a quest, backed by superstition stirred in reality and woven by none other than the symbolic satan himself, Zain.

The film uses a contrast between the superstitious and developed modern thinking of today's generation, born and raised in Asia, which has been at the forefront of advances in nuclear research, but is still at mercy of superstitious beliefs. Bilal’s simple quest becomes the journey that every one of us goes through in search of that little heartbeat that shouts out to each of us.
