Justin, a young man with a low IQ, is victimized from abuse by his parents. He escapes this constant abuse by eating goldfish, thinking that because a goldfish's memory lasts 3 seconds he too, can forget about the abuse. Without realizing its effect, Justin continuously eats a goldfish every three seconds.
