Flutter is a story about a has-been photographer who suddenly starts seeing a mysterious girl appear all over his albums. His curiosity turns to obsession as he tries to find out who she really is.

Dylan is a photographer slightly past his prime and one day while rearranging one of his many photographs in his album, he spots a mysterious figure in one of his pictures. That mysterious figure eventually starts appearing more frequently in subsequent pictures and even his dreams and this motivates Dylan to find out who she really is.
